Dr.
Verghese is trained extensively in all areas of plastic
and reconstructive surgery including aesthetics, cancer
removal and repair, breast reconstruction, hand and maxillofacial
surgery. He has presented his research at national meetings,
and is published in medical journals.
Dr.
Verghese is the former Chief of Plastic Surgery at the St
Louis VA Hospital and was on faculty as St Louis University
teaching residents and medical students in plastic surgery.
